This nail salon is simply stunning! The aesthetics, massage chair, complimentary snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and the staff’s warm greetings and attention to detail are all top-notch. As a first-time client, I opted for a Gel-X fill, and my experience was nothing short of amazing! I’m not sure of the names of the two technicians who did my pedicure, but they took their time and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the service and the final look. Chloe, in particular, did an incredible job with my manicure fill and design. I had provided her with a picture, and she went above and beyond to make it come to life. I was thoroughly impressed with the finished look. We even went over closing time, which was a bit of a surprise, but the staff assured me that it was perfectly fine. I’m definitely a returning customer. Thank you so much to all of the staff who made me feel welcome and rejuvenated. I had a fantastic time! 😊 ~ Brandy W

My son and I were bystanders while my wife and the ladies of her family received bridal manicures. Amazing customer service on their part all around. I was checked in on, offered refreshments, and more comfortable seating options closer to mom. I also had several young niece’s in the 3-6 year range that were showed so much patience and willingness to accommodate that it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. I’m not a frequent reviewer, but everyone at Bellagio Salon did such a fantastic job I felt I needed to. Highly recommend, even from a bystander. ~ Riley K

My daughter got an acrylic set done by Jayla at Bellagio Nails & Spa today and she’s in love! Jayla always does a phenomenal job. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. Whether we come in with a specific design in mind or need inspiration, she always exceeds our expectations. And the best part, not only are our nails beautiful, but they also last and stay looking great for weeks. I had the most amazing manicure & pedicure experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The salon was clean, relaxing, and truly felt like an escape. My pedicure was incredibly thorough, and the massage was heavenly. My nails came out perfect, and my feet have never felt softer. You can tell they really care about making their clients feel pampered. As a busy mom of two I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next appointment. I just moved to the area I went to another nail salon 1st and the service was horrible paying $90 for manicure and pedicure and they had spots missing on my nails and told me that I was good no not for that price it is not acceptable to have mistakes or missing spots on my nails so I found Bellagio I went there and I got vie I told her my story and she is amazing she stops every couple minutes to make sure that I look at my nails and like them if there's anything that I don't like or want change she changes it immediately now every time I go there I request her everybody there is very nice helpful and provides great customer service will get you anything you need while you are there just waiting and getting your nails done you can also make appointments online so it is faster to get it and you don't have to wait right when you get there they also have great hours and are open on Sundays too I definitely recommend this place it is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to and I recommend ASKING FOR VI!! ~ Nikki W

I only write reviews when it’s a place that I truly recommend! Just had my first pedicure here and I am beyond speechless with how everything went! Called an hour before closing and they were able to squeeze me in. They have an amazing selection of colors, services and complimentary beverages. Their nail techs were always checking in. They also have an ATM machine with zero fees for their customers so make sure you tip in cash! They work hard! Will definitely be coming back for more services! ~ Caitlin Y

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been going here faithfully every 2 weeks for the last 6 months getting a builder gel manicure. Jayla and Tracy are AMAZING. Either one always executes exactly what I want. Last time there was a schedule mix up and even the person that has never done my nails before did an amazing job. I have NEVER been disappointed after leaving!! Pricing is so reasonable, the establishment is so beautiful and clean and the staff is so friendly!!!! Highly recommend 10/10 ~ Emily S

Kim did an absolutely amazing job with my nails… I almost never get my nails done, I just went in for a pedicure, but decided hey, why not try out a manicure. I wanted something artsy and detailed but was unsure if it would be achievable. But Kim copied the photo I showed her - she literally did it exactly the same. She has such care and an eye for detail. It was both relaxing and fascinating to watch her do the art on my nails. Very talented and I will for sure be back! ~ winter d

A friend recommended we come here for the Valentine’s Day special they are having. The special is budget friendly and well worth the money. EMIE was my tech for my pedicure and she was awesome. Got my feet liking like a million bucks. She also had a great personality and kept the conversation going. Definitely will be back and hope to get MISS EMIE again. The massage chairs are top notch and they have a staff that TTG (trained to go). If you looking for a new nail salon definitely come HERE💯 ~ Quentin M

I love this place! They are local and usually can get me in pretty quick. I usually go to Cely who is awesome but she was out of town this time so I got Vicky and honestly she killed it. I am convinced there are no bad techs because I’ve always had a good experience and I’ve gone from tapered squared French tips to long oval chrome. They are precise on the shape and I love the attention to detail! They are so kind and as long as you communicate what you want they will deliver. ☺️ ~ Evolve P

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and it has taken me a long time to find my new favorite place for nails. The inside is beautiful, stylish, and clean. Everyone has always been friendly and professional and they have always been willing to take me as a walk in. My nails look beautiful and they even do a small massage which usually isn't done with acrylics but I appreciate it so much. They are reasonably priced and I will be making this my regular place from now on! ~ Sasha Z

This salon is beautiful! It was my first time here for a dip manicure and a gel/shellac pedicure, and I was very impressed! It has a very relaxing spa feel with crystal chandeliers. They have the cutest Easter/Spring themed tray that was brought out for my pedicure! They even have little Anna and Elsa pedicure chairs for kids - I will definitely be back with my daughters so they can be pampered too! ~ Molly M

I've been here several times now and the services are fabulous. My hands and feet always look and feel great afterward. Acrylic nails are perfect, the nail specialists are professional, take pride in their work and do a great job. I’ve been going to Martin for about 6 years, and I have yet to find anyone better. He is truly amazing at what he does. He is fast but pays attention to detail. His nails have lasted me 3 months before without any falling off. He can do any design and make it look better than the original picture. He is very talented at what he does. Half the time I just tell her to do whatever she wants and somehow my nails turn out better every single appointment. She’s so talented and always comes up with the prettiest designs. I have tried so many different nail places in Waukesha County- Bellagio is hands down the best experience I have had. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I was asked by multiple staff if I wanted anything to drink during my visit (they offer water, soda, & even wine). Martin is phenomenal! I will always go to him to get my nails done!! ~ GC Q

This is by far, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Emie was my technician and she was amazing. Decided to treat myself and another to a long overdue pedicure. We got the herbal pedicure. It was AMAZING!!! The pedicure is an hour and fifteen minutes long and let me tell you it is well worth it. Everything from the warm neck pillow to a drink from their menu and the herbal pedicure. Bin and Ruby are the real deal. Bellagio is my go to for all of my needs. ~ Kathy F

I requested a certain style of nails and got exactly what I wanted! Mia (and many others there) do amazing work. The second you walk in the door you ware warmly welcomed and the atmosphere is beautiful and clean. I also love that you are offered a beverage of your choice during your service.
