My son and I were bystanders while my wife and the ladies of her family received bridal manicures. Amazing customer service on their part all around. I was checked in on, offered refreshments, and more comfortable seating options closer to mom. I also had several young niece’s in the 3-6 year range that were showed so much patience and willingness to accommodate that it was an enjoyable experience for everyone. I’m not a frequent reviewer, but everyone at Bellagio Salon did such a fantastic job I felt I needed to. Highly recommend, even from a bystander. ~ Riley K

I just moved to the area I went to another nail salon 1st and the service was horrible paying $90 for manicure and pedicure and they had spots missing on my nails and told me that I was good no not for that price it is not acceptable to have mistakes or missing spots on my nails so I found Bellagio I went there and I got vie I told her my story and she is amazing she stops every couple minutes to make sure that I look at my nails and like them if there's anything that I don't like or want change she changes it immediately now every time I go there I request her everybody there is very nice helpful and provides great customer service will get you anything you need while you are there just waiting and getting your nails done you can also make appointments online so it is faster to get it and you don't have to wait right when you get there they also have great hours and are open on Sundays too I definitely recommend this place it is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to and I recommend ASKING FOR VI!! ~ Nikki W

Kim did an absolutely amazing job with my nails… I almost never get my nails done, I just went in for a pedicure, but decided hey, why not try out a manicure. I wanted something artsy and detailed but was unsure if it would be achievable. But Kim copied the photo I showed her - she literally did it exactly the same. She has such care and an eye for detail. It was both relaxing and fascinating to watch her do the art on my nails. Very talented and I will for sure be back! ~ winter d

A friend recommended we come here for the Valentine’s Day special they are having. The special is budget friendly and well worth the money. EMIE was my tech for my pedicure and she was awesome. Got my feet liking like a million bucks. She also had a great personality and kept the conversation going. Definitely will be back and hope to get MISS EMIE again. The massage chairs are top notch and they have a staff that TTG (trained to go). If you looking for a new nail salon definitely come HERE💯 ~ Quentin M

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and it has taken me a long time to find my new favorite place for nails. The inside is beautiful, stylish, and clean. Everyone has always been friendly and professional and they have always been willing to take me as a walk in. My nails look beautiful and they even do a small massage which usually isn't done with acrylics but I appreciate it so much. They are reasonably priced and I will be making this my regular place from now on! ~ Sasha Z

I love this place! They are local and usually can get me in pretty quick. I usually go to Cely who is awesome but she was out of town this time so I got Vicky and honestly she killed it. I am convinced there are no bad techs because I’ve always had a good experience and I’ve gone from tapered squared French tips to long oval chrome. They are precise on the shape and I love the attention to detail! They are so kind and as long as you communicate what you want they will deliver. ☺️ ~ Evolve P

This salon is beautiful! It was my first time here for a dip manicure and a gel/shellac pedicure, and I was very impressed! It has a very relaxing spa feel with crystal chandeliers. They have the cutest Easter/Spring themed tray that was brought out for my pedicure! They even have little Anna and Elsa pedicure chairs for kids - I will definitely be back with my daughters so they can be pampered too! ~ Molly M

I had the best experience from the moment I was greeted to check in for my appointment by Diana… and then to the beautiful and talented nail artist Sophia! You even get offered an adult bevvy🍷👍! I've been here several times now and the services are fabulous. My hands and feet always look and feel great afterward. Acrylic nails are perfect, the nail specialists are professional, take pride in their work and do a great job. The pedicure chairs are awesome.The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, with lots of attention paid to detail, and luxurious. Now if they just offered hand and foot massage... ~ The D

I came, for the first time, to Bellagio Salon and nail spa in Brookfield, Wisconsin and of all the years I have been doing my nails I can say that this is one of the BEST Salons/Experiences I have had at a nail salon. Decided to treat myself and another to a long overdue pedicure. We got the herbal pedicure. It was AMAZING!!! The pedicure is an hour and fifteen minutes long and let me tell you it is well worth it. Everything from the warm neck pillow to a drink from their menu and the herbal pedicure. Bin and Ruby are the real deal. Bellagio is my go to for all of my needs. ~ Kathy F

I requested a certain style of nails and got exactly what I wanted! Mia (and many others there) do amazing work. The second you walk in the door you ware warmly welcomed and the atmosphere is beautiful and clean. I also love that you are offered a beverage of your choice during your service. I had my first waxing experience at Bellagio, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they made me feel. The technician was very professional and used a gentle technique that minimized the pain. The room was clean, and the soothing music helped me relax. I went to the salon with 5 friends and had the Pearl Spa Pedicure combo with a discount (for a group of 6) plus Gel Pedicure. We were just amazed at how diligently our nail tech worked! My feet weren’t exactly in the best shape when I came but they were when I left. The place was enchanting, the technicians were patient and caring. Loved it! Chloe did an amazing job, thank you so much girl ❤️❤️❤️ just know they don’t do tips on card & sometimes their ATM machine but be down so just bring some cash for the tip to be safe!!! I felt so bad not knowing that (I usually tip card) so just keep that in mind! Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was chill, and a great experience. ~ Maria

Tonight I walked into the nail. Salon They did a tremendous job. I was kind of thinking that they might rush through. But I received the most amazing service. They offer drinks as you wait.And I thought that was pretty cool. And I and offer multiple song and nail services the young lady Ruby did an amazing hib full of talent ~ Keturah B

My nail tech took her time to make sure the shape and polish were perfect, and she was also really gentle (no rushed or rough filing, which I really appreciated). They had a wide selection of colors and design options, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality of work. Definitely my new go-to spot! ~ Jenna R

I've been coming here for years. It's the only place where they can fit me, my mom and sister in for pedicures all at the same time. Also, they do gel for toes, and it lasts forever! We always do the "Bellagio" pedicures that include the hot towel, stone massage and paraffin wax and love it. Just wish I could come more often! ~ Angie R

Bellagio Nail Salon is amazing! The space is clean, relaxing, and the staff is so friendly and professional. My gel manicure and spa pedicure were flawless—great attention to detail and high-quality products. I felt truly pampered. Absolutely stunning salon, have never been to one like it, gorgeous. HUNDREDS of colors from regular polish to shellac to dip. I went in for an upgraded shellac pedicure and it was hands down the best pedi I have ever gotten. Louis was very friendly and did one heck of a pedicure. Will definitely be back to have Louis do my nails as well! ~ Vicky H

Vi is amazing! She takes her time and asks questions during the time spent with her. She makes sure the color and shape are correct. If you suffer from an ingrown nail she knows how to get all the way to the cuticle! We always have a great time and her husband is great!
